The bill (Reg. No.6608) fixes territorial jurisdiction over the administrative cases on appeal against the resolutions of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine on legislation infringements in the sphere of state purchase. It amends the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine and the Law "On State Purchase."
The bill presents a new version of paragraph eight part three clause 8 of the Law "On State Purchase", whereby appeals against the resolutions of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine on legislation infringements in the sphere of state purchase can be submitted within thirty days before the judicial proceedings.
